Yes! I'm living the good life now, but it wasn't always this way.....I worked the grind of corporate America only to find that I couldn't afford to retire there!

I am a serial entrepreneur. I was a Boss! I used to be an extreme multi-tasker back in the day who single-handedly as a WBE/MBE developed, owned, and managed over 200 affordable housing rental units while fostering capacity in grass-roots community nonprofits to do the same.
​
My penchant for details and paperwork came in handy because there was plenty of it! Also, I was a successful grant writer before I was a developer that proved to be very useful in that I was able to successfully apply for financing needed to build. But that is all behind me now, after more than 20 years of housing development, a big and major chunk of my life I essentially discarded, turning the page so to speak, a decision that later proved to be right on more levels than I thought.

For many, who reach retirement age (like me) just want to be content and laid back. We have lived a lifetime on the grind (for our generation that's close to thirty or more years!) and now we just want to rest a bit, certainly relax and possibly reinvent ourselves.
​
I can relate, because currently, I am a permanent resident of Panama! I came here two years ago, semi-retired as I figured things out, and to continue to travel as well because you see, it has always been a dream of mine to live in another country.
​
It has been a roller-coaster journey, however. The last few years I struggled to find my place, my new beginning. As a serial entrepreneur, I am working now to make BLAST! the sunset career that will not only benefit me but others also... one that will allow me to help others while earning income to live comfortably and travel the world. Sounds wonderful, doesn't it?
I am confident that my dogged determination and resourcefulness to accomplish what I was able to achieve before leaving the U.S. will propel me to accomplish similar, if not, greater success abroad with BLAST! Tours & Coaching.
